Help with Tiến Lên — and how to reach a human.

Getting started

Tiến Lên (Thirteen) is a climbing game. Cards rank 3 (low) to 2 (high). Beat the play on the table with a higher card or set of the same shape, or pass and wait for the round to clear. The first player out of cards wins.

Playing with friends

• Online: create a lobby and share the invite link or the six-character code.
• Same room: Pass & Play shares one device, with hand-off screens so nobody sees another player's cards.
• Alone: play offline against three AI opponents — no connection needed.

House rules

Southern (Miền Nam) and Northern (Miền Bắc) presets are built in, and you can set your own: chop rules, instant wins, whether the 3♠ must lead, and turn timers. The host picks the rules for a lobby, and every player sees them before the game starts.

Ranked and seasons

Ranked matches move your MMR and place you in a tier from Bronze to Grandmaster. Seasons run about two months. At the end of one, ratings are compressed toward the middle rather than wiped — your relative standing carries over, and your final placement is kept so you can look back at it.

Reporting and blocking a player

Tap a player in a game, or open them from a past game, to report or block them. Reporting sends the details to us for review; blocking takes effect immediately and keeps that person out of your matches. You can review and undo blocks in Settings → Safety → Blocked Players.

Signing in on a new device

Your account travels with you automatically if iCloud Keychain is on. You can also add a passkey, which lets you sign in with Face ID or Touch ID on any of your devices.

Something not working?

• Stuck in a game: leave the lobby — an AI takes your seat and the round finishes without you.
• Lost connection mid-game: reopen the app; it reconnects to a game still in progress.
• Invite link opens the website: the app isn't installed on that device, or the link was opened somewhere other than iPhone.
